He was officially shown the door on February 23. Ouch!

What’s even more shocking? Kralemann insists his posts were made outside of work hours and didn’t mention Food Outreach at all. In fact, he had been running his social media platform for 18 months without any issues from his employers. They even helped him pick out branding elements! The lawsuit alleges that Food Outreach’s leadership was aware of Kralemann’s platform and had even expressed support for it in the past. So, what changed? Kralemann claims the decision to suspend and fire him was purely based on the content of his February 17 post. He quotes the executive director saying, “I can’t believe I have to do this, but I have to put you on administrative leave related to your Enterprise content.” Talk about a mic drop moment!

It gets juicier. Kralemann alleges that a board member at Food Outreach, who happens to be a senior leader at Enterprise Mobility, influenced the decision to fire him. The lawsuit argues that this board member’s involvement is a clear conflict of interest and a blatant violation of Kralemann’s rights. Missouri law prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on political beliefs, and Kralemann is ready to take this fight to the courtroom.

“I remain deeply committed to the communities I advocate for, to the work I’ve done, and to my platform,” Kralemann stated.
