Brad Goreski is not just a pretty face in the fashion world; he’s a powerhouse of talent and dedication. This handsome designer has come a long way since his days as an assistant on The Rachel Zoe Project back in 2007. Now, nearly two decades later, he’s a regular judge on Canada’s Drag Race and styles A-list celebrities like Kaley Cuoco, Demi Moore, and Lea Michele. But it’s not just about the glitz and glam for Goreski; he’s also committed to his fitness journey and giving back to the LGBTQ+ community.
Goreski has been flaunting his gym progress on social media, and honey, it’s a sight to behold. “I’ve always been myself publicly! Sometimes I have to break up the grid. There’s a lot of beautiful dresses and women. It’s just another part of who I am. Working out is my time of the day to mentally check out,” he shares. It’s clear that hitting the gym is more than just a physical endeavor for him; it’s a mental escape. “I was never a sporty kid, so being in the gym sets the day for me,” he adds.

But there’s a deeper meaning behind his fit pics. Goreski has worked hard to embrace his body and the journey that comes with it. “I wore my T-shirt in the swimming pool well into being a teenager. There’s a part of it for me that is liberating and celebrating my hard work. There’s an element of being proud in my body!” At 48, he’s not just looking good; he’s feeling good, and that confidence radiates in everything he does.
In addition to his packed schedule of styling and gym sessions, Goreski is taking time to give back to the community that has supported him. This weekend, he’ll be hosting the inaugural Pride Gala for Lifelong, a health organization dedicated to providing critical access to lifesaving medications and healthcare. The gala will honor trailblazers Laverne Cox and Chris Olsen for their contributions to queer visibility, and will feature performances from fabulous artists like Miz Cracker, Jake Shears, and Macy Gray.
“I’m honored to be able to give back to my community, especially during Pride Month. I’m just so happy that I can use my voice to participate in an evening that celebrates the great work people are doing 365 days a year. It’s going to be a great way to a really fun night smack dab in the middle of Pride Month!” Goreski enthuses.
The Lifelong Pride Gala: An Evening for Equality takes place this Saturday, June 13, in Seattle. It’s a celebration of love, community, and the hard work that goes into making a difference every day. So, whether you’re hitting the gym or hitting the gala, remember to celebrate yourself and those around you this Pride Month!
