This new season promises to bring familiar faces from previous seasons back into our lives, including a Canada’s Drag Race icon, with the cast list being a wild ride indeed. Legendary queens like Trixie Mattel, Shea Coulée, and Kylie Sonique Love have all been crowned in previous seasons, and the competition for the crown this time around is sure to be just as fierce.
The All Stars 8 cast boasts queens from more than 10 different seasons, including some of the most iconic names from previous seasons, such as Alexis Michelle, Darienne Lake, Heidi N Closet, and Jessica Wild. Jaymes Mansfield, who placed last on season nine, is the first true wild card to appear on a Drag Race All Stars season.
The cast also features some familiar faces from the recent seasons of Drag Race, such as Kandy Muse and LaLa Ri, who were both fan favorites during season 13. Monica Beverly Hillz, who competed in season five, was the first contestant to come out as transgender during the taping of the show, paving the way for more LGBTQ+ representation in the drag community.
With the competition heating up, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top and takes the crown for All Stars 8. The show promises to be a wild ride, with drama and unforgettable performances from some of the most talented drag queens in the world.
