In a whirlwind of spontaneity and love, prominent West Hollywood couple Joey Zauzig and Brian Grossman celebrated their union with an intimate ceremony at the Rosewood Le Guanahani resort in St Barths.
The Power of the Perfect Moment
The couple, who became engaged a year prior, had no prearranged plans to marry during their vacation. However, after revisiting the site where they first envisioned their wedding, they decided to seize the moment. “A year prior, we visited the Rosewood Le Guanahani and the moment we saw the rock in the middle of the ocean, we both looked at each other and agreed that we would do our wedding there,” Grossman explained. “It was being back on the property that made us realize how perfect it was to seize the moment.”

Embracing the Intimate and Unexpected
With just 24 hours to prepare, the couple managed to find suits at Dolce & Gabbana and rings at Cartier, sharing the news with their families in advance. They invited only their friends who happened to be on the island, ensuring no one felt obligated to travel. “We decided we wanted to celebrate our wedding and make it about our getting married and not a big party for other people,” Zauzig shared. “It took the stress out of planning and allowed us to really be in the moment throughout the ceremony and the rest of the evening. We laughed, we cried, we danced.”
