A 17-year-old male has been charged with murder as a hate crime in the tragic stabbing death of 28-year-old professional dancer, O’Shae Sibley, in New York City. Assistant Chief Joe Kenny of the New York Police revealed during a news conference that Sibley and his friends were refueling their car when the group of males approached them, demanding they stop dancing and making derogatory remarks.
